Nduta Gathoga

Nduta is a Kenyan-born community arts and cultural development producer, actor, and storyteller based in Perth, Western Australia. In her first documentary production role with Boodjara, Nduta applied her expertise in community engagement and strong organisational skills to guide a respectful and efficient process from production through post-production. Her work celebrates resilience, resistance, and cultural richness, challenging the notion of a "single story".
Whether performing on stage, producing screen projects, or collaborating with communities, Nduta uses storytelling as a tool for connection and social change. Known for fostering meaningful partnerships and managing complex projects, she brings creativity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity to every role. Nduta’s dedication and ability to develop authentic, community-driven outcomes make her a valuable asset to any project focused on cultural integrity and impact.
